We business owners are always hustling something about our business and we are always doing something or thinking about it. The more we are in the business (timewise) the easier we are on us and learn to control our minds and our to-do list. Homework is one of them.
I categorized these things as homework. Because I feel and think these things are something we need to do in the background to be stronger as a solopreneur business owner.
Somethings are needed for our soul and to strengthen our minds. Professional sportsmen are constantly working on their mental strengths just like their body strengths.
These 5 things will help you to strengthen your mind and mental state as a business owner.
Affirmations are positive sentences that we want to repeat day in and day out to make it a belief in our subconscious.
These should always start with “I am” and needed to strengthen your beliefs about yourself, your abilities, your business. Especially if you are feeling negative or lack trust in an area that needs a push for the better.
If you don’t believe that you can find the clientele that you would love to work with you can use; “My ideal client finds me easily” or “I am overbooked with my ideal clients”.
Journaling seems like a lot of jobs but it doesn’t have to be. I am all about simplicity.
Journaling is actually the easiest thing to do to ease your mental baggage. I can even say your mental garbage.
It only takes a pen and paper to reach your limitations, your inner struggles and how you are hiding from things not knowingly.
You just let your brain take over your hand without interfering and when you get your conscious back you read it to find what is holding you back.
I did write myself a letter from the future (you can read here why) and was confronted with my limiting beliefs and I didn’t know about it.
It was very clear that my stress was limiting my creativity.

I loooooove podcasts! It is so easy to put it in your ears and continue with your day. When doing laundry, dishes, walking, being at the playground with your kid, at the gym, you name it.
I have many favorites and even if all of them are business related I choose them depending on what energy I like. Some are more aggressive, some are a bit crazy, some are cozy, some have funny style and some are simply friendly.
All of them are very infırmative from coaching to manifestation.

You need to stalk yourself n the future you want.
Yeap you heard me right. Yourself. How would you do things in your dream life? How would you feel and act? What would you read? What would you watch?
You need to constantly improve yourself to the dream you. That might be having better knowledge about stuff like ideal clients, trends, competitors (for inspiration) and other unrelated things that will add value to yourself and your business.
The action is the most important part of having a successful business. You need to take action because if you don’t take a step to your dream life or business, it will never happen.
Therefore have a list of what to do for the next day so that you know what to do the next day without losing time or focus.

Put the most important 3 things on the top of the list that will take your business to next level. There needs to be something done every day.
It doesn’t have to be all serious business related things if you don’t feel like it that day. Things you can do if you don’t feel like working;
- Automization of emails,
- Doing some tweaks to your sales page
- Preparing and scheduling Instagram or Facebook posts etc.
You are human
I need to add that you are human and there will be days or weeks you won’t feel like working on putting that extra energy into your business. If it is more like a week then take that as a sign of something needs to change.
Have a look into your soul. What is disturbing to you? Is this feeling based on something that throws you off your alignment? Are there any changes that you can make to make you feel better?
Could it be as fundamental as not finding your life purpose?

The thing is to find a way to take your business forward every day through a consistent action plan. Things you can do on daily basis.
Let me remind you that things can be rough at times. It will definitively be hard but that won’t be for long.
You are doing this for something special in your life. For you? Your kids? For a better world? Your parents? Who knows.
When times are tuff just go back to your own sacred place and recharge yourself. Think about your purpose and keep going until you reach that dream of yours.
Only you can serve the world the way you do and you are special.
Everyone needs to feel the way they want and the way they want to live. It will take time but think about it, even the easiest food that is delicious needs preparation and the act of putting together the perfect amount of different ingredients. Even the simplest sandwich take time to do.
Give yourself the permission to take your time. I give you the permission to try out different things and take time to find you.
